Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- perishable goods
- personalized/custom products
- hygiene/personal care items
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
